The double room had really comfortable beds and there was a wide range of delicious options for breakfast.

Very nice overall experience. Amiable staff, fairly clean hotel, large and well stocked room. Favourable location just a short stroll away from Chichibunomiya Memorial Park. Large beds and climate control, multi-channel television and a refrigerator.

The whole room was a nice size with an excellent massage chair, a sofa, plus a TV. Enjoyed the Japanese interior. the location was magnificent and unbeatable - within a short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff at Hotel Square Fujigotemba is absolutely kind. the rooms are large with a great spa bath. the location is fantastic, being very close to the premium outlet, outlets, shopping plaza, and there's a free shuttle to JR Gotemba station.

It's a lavish and charming place with lovely décor and extra touches, plus excellent customer service.

The room is luxurious with a perfect view of Mount Fuji, the food options are good, and the location is marvelous for enjoying Chichibunomiya Memorial Park.

The staff team, especially the manager, were exceptionally kind and accommodating. the rooms were huge and the location was marvellous. It was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go, including Shimbashi Seseragi Park which was only 2 miles away.

The staff here were extremely friendly and polite; my room was quiet with its own bathroom and TV.

This hotel may not be in the most convenient location, but it has a lot to offer. the prices are reasonable and represent good value for money. Secondly, the staff are friendly and provide good service despite their limited English skills. Thirdly, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with unexpected features like a karaoke system and a light system. And lastly, the hotel offers basic amenities and even allows guests to see Mt Fuji from the front of the hotel. it's a great option for those looking to explore the Gotemba area and enjoy shopping at the nearby outlet.

The location of this place is fantastic, being very close to the Park, with plenty of dining options nearby such as Handmade Soba Kintaro just a short 5-minute walk away.

This place is conveniently located near a supermarket with all the essentials, offering spacious and quiet rooms with a lovely large bathroom and jacuzzi.

We had a fantastic experience during our Christmas stay! the rooms were incredibly spacious and well-maintained, equipped with karaoke equipment and more. the comfortable bed and large jacuzzi bathtub with special lighting added extra fun and enjoyment to our stay. the breakfast served in the room was a unique and convenient feature, with the option to choose the time and have the tray delivered through a small port-hole.

The front desk staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming, as their lack of a smiling face made us feel a bit unwelcome. the firmness of the bed and thinness of the pillows could have been improved for a more comfortable sleep.

The room is fully equipped with a fancy bathroom, climate control, multi-channel TV, and a fridge, located conveniently near the train station, premium outlets.

My Christmas experience at this hotel was beyond amazing! The rooms were big and had useful extras, such as toothbrushes and hair brushes. I also enjoyed the mood lighting that created a cozy atmosphere. The location was ideal as it was close to a popular outlet mall and transportation was readily available. One of my favorite aspects of this hotel was the karaoke book, which had an extensive selection of over 5000 songs to choose from.

Although my stay was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and could be improved.
